Drawing from southern rock and roots-driven influences like Blackberry Smoke, Larkin Poe, AC/DC, Tom Petty, Foo Fighters, and Green Day, Southblind was formed in Nashville in 2025 by Liv Lorusso and Jordon Brilliant. After opening for artists including Puddle of Mudd, Buckcherry, Great White, Winger, and Nita Strauss with a previous project, the duo set out to build something of their own. Southblind delivers high-energy roots/rock grounded in groove, guitar, and feel — focused on honest songs and live shows that create a genuine connection with the audience.
